Responsibilities :
- Conduct Anti Fraud process assignment of Head Office, Sales Office and Partnership Distribution
- Analysis, interviewing nd Reporting fraud case
- Ensure the Anti Fraud Program running in Company
- Reporting to Regulator timely manner
- Take active roles in conducting timely and quality delivery of the implementation of all Anti Fraud-Investigator plans throughout the year by delivering the Analysis, Validation, Interview and Monitoring Anti Fraud-Investigator on good result
- Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement including review, and amend as necessary, the testing Anti Fraud-Investigator (Compliance programmers)
- Documents the results of Anti Fraud-Investigator properly based on standards
- Assist in the preparation of timely, quality and transparent reports to the BOD/Board Committees
- Establish proper and clear communication with Management and the business to promote control and monitoring awareness to Anti Fraud-Investigator for improve proper better control system
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable University
- At least 3+ years as Anti Fraud officer in Life Insurance Company/Financial Service Company
- Insurance related certification (Preferably)
- Effective communication skill with ability to deal with people at all level and background
- Good understanding on the local regulation (OJK and other related supervision) related Fraud Insurance
