IT Application Support

Responsibilities:

  • Application Support for managing and facilitating application issues for users.
  • Escalate unsettled issues to respective level support/developers to ensure all issues are all managed.
  • Receive and handling application issue.
  • Support user to analyzing the issue in the front line.
  • Update issue tracker and ensure all issues are solve within respective SLA.
  • Update and manage FAQ for quicker problem solving.
  • Provide 1st level support on application & core system.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, major: Information Technology
  • Having 1+ years experiences
  • Application and Process Knowledge, Basic Programming Language C,C#,Java
  • Work experience in the related field - Insurance, will be an advantage.
