Ensure Compensation Sharia to sales force are calculated, processed and paid in accurately and timely delivered.
FAC and management report (regular & Ad hoc).
Respond to business inquiry and complaints received from internal and/or external side promptly, accurately and in customer focused manner
Supporting distribution expansion and improvements (Sharia spin off off Development-UAT & Implementation).
Assist in process improvement to enhance speed and accuracy of Compensation Payment workflows.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree, any major
Administration or any relevant field
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Compensation & Benefit
Strong attention to detail, organized, able to handle multiple task and prioritize efficiently, capable of working under pressure and completing tasks on time, good communication skills and team collaboration
