Reporting & Analysis

Responsibilities :

  • Review contest proposals, including expected achievement
  • Review and analyze contest realization
  • Contest result calculation
  • Regular and ad hoc report generation: Other data analytics as per management request
  • Financing administration process, achievement calculation
  • Churning/policy conversation check
  • Supervise reporting team member
  • Collaborate with distribution to enhance reports in compass & ADS
  • Support implementation of company ad hoc project

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree, major : Accounting / Management
  • Having at least 3+ years of experience
  • Strong background on insurance
  • Advance knowledge of Ms. Excel
