Outbound Call

Responsibilities:

  • Contact policy holders by phone to conduct welcome call according to the script
  • Provide information of customer question related with policy
  • Handle customer complaints during the call, follow up and monitor until complaint is settled
  • Record the result of follow up to system

Key Requirements:

  • Good communication, proactive and good team work
  • Minimum diploma degree in a relevant field
  • Willing to work under third party contractual basis
  • At least 1 year of working experience as call center inbound or outbound in life insurance / banking industry
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Willing to be located in our Head Office at Panin Dai-ichi Life Center in West Jakarta
