Liason Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and resolve Agency pending cases to all areas and improve Agency production growth
  • Manage any exceptions and approvals related to agency activity such as churning, life insurance proposal, agency contract maintenance and promotions
  • Manage any fraudulent cases related to sales compliance and legal
  • Manage Agency Weekly Forecast Meeting and Monthly Forecast Report
  • New/Revamp product project support
  • Sales Strategic Analysis support

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, any major
  • Min. 1 year in insurance industry and experience in sales support
  • Previously was BDM that proficient in administrative work and sales project follow up
  • MS Office, Power Point
