Responsible to litigation cases in PT Panin Dai-ichi Life and its affiliate companies, and ensure the cases are resolved in Company interest, starting from administration and documentation, investigation, solution, follow up and reporting;
Actively involved in Litigation prevention plan/program and provide review report periodically to ensure it is implemented;
Responsible to supervise the external lawyer in handling litigation case as well as maintaining relationship with the external lawyer and law enforcement institutions;
Support and actively involved in Fraud Committee;
Provide legal advices for other department in PT Panin Dai-ichi Life in fraud issues and litigation issues, as well as hard complaint/subpoena from customer;
Responsible to conduct and perform Government Relation function under direction and supervision of Head of Legal, that included but not limited to: liaising with regulators, associations and law enforcement institutions, bridging the communication between the Company and any Government Institutions / associations;
Monitor the necessary matters in regards to good governance under the good corporate governance rules and regulation (including to assist the member of BOC, Audit Committee and other committee within PT Panin Dai-ichi Life and its affiliate in creating their reports), if necessary;
Key Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university
4+ extensive years experience in legal practice, law firm, preferable in or representing a corporate of Financial or Life Insurance industry
Having advocate license is a value
Preferably having experience in life insurance industry
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Power point, Excel)
