Panin Dai-ichi Life Fulfill Promise To Customers

Jakarta, July 2, 2015 - Despite the current Indonesian economy is weakening, this is does not affect to the commitment of PT Panin Dai-ichi Life (Panin Dai-ichi Life) to continue to fullfill promise to customers. Today, Panin Dai-ichi Life has handed over a claim to the family of one customer in Jakarta IDR 1.5 billion. This  claim payment as a benefit of Panin Premier multilinked product.

The process of handover of the claim occur at the headquarters of Panin Dai-ichi Life Jakarta, and attended by the management Panin Dai-ichi Life, which is Masayuki Tanaka, as Executive Vice President and Jutany Japit as Director, together with costumer family accompanied by Siwan, an agent that serves the customer.

Masayuki Tanaka, Vice President Director of Panin Dai-ichi Life said, "By continuously and sustainably, we enhance the quality of services to customers in various aspects, including the transparency of claims process. With the payment of the claim today, we hope to increase customer trust to the PaninDai -ichi Life and at the same time, enhance awareness Indonesian community for insurance. "
